How Much Home Can You Afford In San Diego County?

We are so nervous to talk to a lender because we think they are going to start with running your credit, & asking for all of the income documentation – But, not all lenders are like this. We start with a conversation & one piece of that conversation is talking about your income, because Math Is Math – & we can't change the Math of your income. Well that is unless you start to make more money, or get a new job – 🤣🤣

Now these incomes are a guideline on the following details:
▪️San Diego County Property Taxes = 1.25%
▪️No HOA or Mello Roos
▪️FHA Loan w/ 3.5% Down Payment
▪️Home Insurance estimated at .2% of the Sales Price
▪️Interest Rate used for this calculation was 6.125% – **Remember rates change daily, & this is not a guarantee that all clients will get the same rates, because all clients are different & have different circumstances.**
▪️Estimated with no monthly debt

Do not get discouraged these numbers also can be based off of COMBINED income too.
